Spend the Holidays with the Herd!
Mtn Peaks Therapy Llamas & Alpacas invites you to enjoy celebrating the New Year with our herd! Located in Ridgefield, WA, just across I-5 from the ilani casino, and 30 easy minutes from Downtown Portland, our farm features 11 beautiful (and mostly well-behaved) llamas and alpacas.
Meet The Herd:
Come carrot kiss llamas and alpacas, try your hand at walking a 350 lb llama through our seasonally decorated obstacle course, and snap a few family photos filled with genuine smiles. Each session on the farm is 45 minutes of fun.
Walk a Llama:
Watch your kids, or inner child, glow while walking our llamas and alpacas through our seasonally-decorated obstacle course!
Whether it’s navigating a bridge, flying over jumps, or ducking through a tunnel, there is something very fun about walking llamas and alpacas that even the biggest kid, you, can appreciate. Our obstacle course is a wonderful way to bond as a family over the unfamiliar and see just how gentle these creatures can be when you watch a 3 year old walking our 350 lb llama, Prince, through the course. This unique offering even melts the hearts of the most stubborn teenagers.
All of this is fully covered and dry in the event of rain.

We are excited each year to offer farm dates with Olivia Peabody Photography!
These semi-intimate experiences book up to 4 groups each hour, each booking up to 6 people per group to ensure we don’t overwhelm the whole experience.
We find booking each session for a full 45 minutes to be a great way to allow smaller children to not feel time pressure and warm up around their new furry friends in their on time. It also allows multiple families and friends to book the same time slot and enjoy the farm together. Please note that each session booked will receive up to 5 edited images. Due to the size of our farm, and wishing to keep this as a semi-intimate experience for all, we limit the group size of each booking to 6 individuals, regarless of who is posing for photos. For groups/families wishing to share the experience with more than 6 individuals, please inquire below OR book 2 sessions during the same hour to ensure you get 10 images of your whole group.
Images from your shoot will be sent to your booked email address via an online gallery on the same day as your visit.
